Preparation
Preparation for a cup of hot tea: Boil a fresh cup of water and pour over
a teaspoon of tea and steep with a cover for 3-5 minutes. Serve with
[coconut] milk.
Preparation for 1 litre of iced tea: Boil a cup of water and pour over 2-3
tablespoons of tea and steep for at least 5 minutes. To cool, dilute to
1 litre with iced water & [coconut] milk.
