Preparation
Boil a cup of fresh, cold water to a temperature of 88-95°C (190-200° F).
Steep for 3-5 minutes with a lid, or longer to your taste. You can steep rooibos tea multiple times, and the flavour will change slightly with each infusion.
Rooibos tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
