Preparation
Preparation for 1 cup of hot tea: Boil a fresh cup of water and pour over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and steep with a cover for at least 20 minutes.
Preparation for 1 litre of iced tea: Boil a large cup of water and pour over 2-3 tablespoons of tea and steep with a cover for at least 20 minutes. Then dilute with iced water, tonic or soda, & add Stevia, Honey or sugar, and a drop of lemon juice to taste.

Warning: Prepared in an area where Mustard seed & Celery are also used. Herbs have medicinal properties that will affect the body but should not replace examination and advice from your medical practitioner.
