The Sleeping Beauty Camomile™ contains the heady mix of Camomile, of course, that reduces mild anxiety and induces sleep very naturally. The Cinnamon relaxes the muscles and removes tension from the body, combined with the Camomile allows for a relaxing sleep, as well as aiding the overnight digestive process. The Lemon peel doesn’t just provide a wonderful citrusy aroma, but like Cinnamon is high in antioxidants, so boosts the immune system.
