We accept domestic returns from the United Kingdom.
T’n’T Teas has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unopened, in good condition, and with original seals to qualify for a refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return. If accepted we will send you a return shipping label and postage instructions. Please note we only accept returns with prior agreement.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged while in transit, we will fully refund you or send you the same order again at no extra cost. In case of damage to the order while in transit, please contact us immediately. Please send us pictures of the damage as proof. In case of damage to the glass jars, please be careful and handle them with extra care. Glass can be sharp and dangerous, thus use protective gloves. In case you see any crack in the glass jar or if the glass jar has shattered, please contact us and do not consume the contents, because it could contain small particles of glass.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: there will be a handling fee applied to cover the costs of additional handling of returned parcels. The fee is £2 + £1 for every item in the order. The handling fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
